The Chemist of inks and coatings will work within our Crescent Bronze/ ColorFX division. Responsibilities include development of new ink systems, resolving problems with existing systems, and modifying existing systems to meet customer needs. This role provides technical assistance to customer, manufacturing, and sales staff. Other responsibilities include product portfolio enhancement, technology innovation, and product profitability improvement. Must be able to work in a customer-centric, fast paced, and cross functional collaborative environment. When applying for this position individuals must be able to interpret color, posses strong technical skills, excellent written & verbal communication to convey technical data, be able to problem-solve, think critically, and follow all facility safety procedures and standards. We are ideally looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years industry experience.

Blending/ Canning Specialist (1st Shift)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

We are looking for accountable and reliable individuals to join our team. In this role individuals will need to operate a variety of equipment, to include, but not limited to, powered industrial trucks, automated canning machines, manual crimpers, moveable and immobile blending tanks to make batches to customer specifications and package approved finished product into cans, containers, pails, etc. When applying for this position you will need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently and work in a fast pace environment.

Cost Accountant
Oshkosh, WI
In this role you will assist with month end and year end close processes, sales tax returns, invoicing, general ledger reconciliation, job costing, and other various accounting assignments. When applying for this position individuals must be detail oriented, posses exceptional communication skills, proficient computer skills - advance excel skills preferred, and be able to work independently and in a team setting. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (equivalent work experience will be considered), 3-5 years of experience in general accounting/cost accounting/business analytics, and previously worked in a manufacturing setting.
